GTM Feature Release for 'Moments,' a new performance option launched in the Smule app in 2021. Our team worked with the product design and creative teams to develop a communication strategy for the launch.
Our user-focused goal was to position the feature as a fresh way to sing for new users and deactivated users through UA and Reactive campaigns on socials and Google UAC, and a fun option for current users looking for new ways to increase
collaboration and enjoy their favorite songs.
